• Where a physical injury has taken place; 'Diagnosis Type' and 'Anatomical Area' should have a 1-1 relationship e.g. Abrasion – Hand.

• For medical conditions where anatomical area is not relevant only a diagnosis type should be recorded.

• When analysing diagnosis types ALL entries should be considered
