An overseas visitor charged under Section 121 of the NHS Act 1977, as amended by Sections 7(12) and 7(14) of the Health and Medicine Act 1988.

A patient for whom category II work including examinations or reports on prospective emigrants for insurance purposes and on behalf of the employment Medical Advisory Service is carried out.
