Summary of Approved Changes for Version 2.5
This version of the dictionary contains approved new and updated data definitions in line with Data Set Change Notices issued since Version 2.4.
Set out below are some of the major changes to the Dictionary: -
DSCN 14/04(W) - Data Standards - Childhood Immunisation Data Collected through COVER
This is the introduction of the COVER return to the NHS Wales Data Dictionary.
DSCN 16/04(W) – KC60 Sexually Transmitted Infection Statistics
This is the new entry under the Korner List relating to the KC60 Central Return.
DSCN 17/04(W) - To amend the All Wales Data Dictionary entry for the data term 'Ward Type at Start of Episode'
To re-introduce the value of 8 to signify- 'Not Specified' ward type.
DSCN 19/04(W) - Clarification for Audiology definition for Diagnostic and Therapies Waiting Times.
Current definition is not clear in defining the waiting times measures for the fitting of a hearing aid.
