This version of the dictionary contains approved new and updated data definitions in line with Change Notices issued since Version 4.8, which was released on 22^nd of May 2015.

DSCN 2017 / 01	AC/AS/14/080/A9552379	Diagnostic and Therapy Services Waiting Times Return: Additional Cardiac Diagnostic Tests	To reinstate a pilot to collect additional diagnostic tests related to cardiology services for a time limited period.
DDCN 2016 / 02		Reinstated or Amended DD Values	Rather than show the changes with a different font style only, subsequent changes will be shown on a separate row in affected tables – one row to show the original ‘Valid from’ and ‘Valid to’ dates; and another row underneath to show the new reinstated or amended date and, if applicable, the ‘Valid to’ date.
