The National Community Child Health Database (NCCHD) captures data from local Child Health Systems and is refreshed on a quarterly basis.
The NCCHD contains anonymised records for all children born, resident or treated in Wales and born after 1987. This includes information on the child’s birth as well as any immunisations, examinations and blood tests undertaken.
