This is the SNOMED CT concept ID which records the status of the patient on discharge from an Urgent and Emergency Care service. It captures whether:

• Treatment took place within the Urgent and Emergency Care service

• If the patient was streamed to another service

• If the patient left before treatment was complete.

Format: minimum 6 digit numeric maximum 18 digit numeric
