Where this information cannot be obtained directly from the patient (or patient proxy) the injury date and time should be estimated.
Format: 19 character alpha-numeric YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss
To avoid confusion, if the injury occurs at midnight the time recorded should never be 00:00, it should always be either 23:59 or 00:01.
